I don't really think anyone is complaining that americans don't get enough attention, but the problem is when something is released in the USA, we get the least rare items. The PCGamer articles are a good example, mini Vizu's go for thousands of ectos, but mini destroyers or asuras go for 30-50k because of the sheer amount of them. It'll be great when we get some contests like the PC gameplay one that don't oversaturate the game with minipets that are more easily available then some of the white minipets.

I'm glad no one heard anything yet.
I was so sure I was going to win, yet no news.. I figured the impossible happened and I actually ... didn't win o__0
Luckily there's still hope.
*Waits impatiently*

What does suprise me;
The Benelux PC Gameplay was the first magazine which offered a 1,000 mini contest, yet it seems the last (european) magazine to actually hand out the mini's.

I actually got my destroyer for 15k. On the whole magazine thing, for the price they charge you guys for magazines over there (if the price in pounds mentioned earlier was correct), you guys should get a damn Mini Cooper instead of a mini Vizu. 1000 total is lame.

EDIT: Meant to post to the other lame 1000 mini thread, but 1000 is lame in any country so no harm, no foul.

Practically anywhere in the Southern Hemisphere is ignored.

Nothing much you can do about it.

Actually, the Netherlands = The Belgium magazine, and since the Magazine is written in Dutch, it's basically for the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, so ~6 million people, meaning 1000 codes for 23m People. There's no second magazine, the first magazine is the one with the code, the second is the magazine in which they published the review for GWEN, since GWEN came out a few days before the first mag and they didn't have time to review it.

Agreed, I dont think they have handed anything out either, even though they say the winners would be contacted over 2 weeks ago...

Some news from Gaile would be nice.

Not every country in south america is in the southern hemisphere, im currently living in Venezuela and it is in north of the equator line (yes the equator line, not equator the country) so not in south hemisphere, but its still in latin america.
And even if i can't do anything about it, its still very unfair .

I find it funny that EU and NA players are arguing about how unfair it is that the other one (NA or EU) gets better/rarer/more mini-pet promotions. Here in Australia I can get a number of the magazines concerned but can't enter the "competition" because I don't live in the area (and the rules say I have to) and even if they didn't, the mags aren't available until a minimum of 3 months after they go to the stands in the country of publication.

You argue about how unfair it is to you because you think others are getting more/more chances/better/rarer pets, and seem to completely forget there is a nice proportion of the GW population who won't be able to take part at all.

Central America Region
South America Region
South Africa
New Zealand
Australia
Eastern Europe Region

I'm not going to go into Asia because I"m not sure what is going on there at all. Please, a little bit of perspective from EU and NA players, at least you are being given a CHANCE, which is better than no chance at all.
